Questions
What happens when the trial ends?
Quick Calc keeps doing timecode math, free. Bulk Shift, edits, pins and clipboard pick-up wait for a license. Nothing you made is lost.
Do I need to be online?
No. Sign in once to activate a Mac, and it keeps working offline; it checks in now and then when it can. Machines that are never online can be activated with a file instead, from your account page.
Can I move it to a new Mac?
Yes. Deactivate the old one in Settings, or from your account page, and activate the new one.
Is there an education discount?
Yes. Email support@silverfangtc.com from your school address and we'll send you a code.
Refunds?
If it's not right for you, email support@silverfangtc.com within 14 days of buying for a full refund.
